LoveServes Dominican Republic Missions Trip

Missions is one of our four priorities, and our strategy is inspired by the concentric effect described in Acts 1:8.
We will be on mission in our community, our region, our nation, and our world.
Mission Efforts
We pursue our mission to be and make other disciples (Matthew 28:18-20) as ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:19-20) in our church, homes, work, and play, through meeting needs and sharing the Gospel. We are on mission together by engaging in local events, initiatives, and projects, equipping church members in their positions of influence to carry the gospel, partnering with organizations, churches, and individuals here and abroad, going across the street to around the world, and sharing our resources as freely as God allows.
Mission Partnerships
Mission partnership at The Orchard Church is strategic. By recognizing organizations exist that are experts in specific fields in our community, region, nation, and world, we have an annual application and selection process in which we intentionally choose with whom we partner. Our levels of partnership are:
Strategic Partners
Strategic Partners are organizations and individuals with shared mission and vision in which we support with resources including prayer, people, training, mission trips, and finances.
Collaborative Partners
Collaborative Partners are for organizations or individuals that wish to partner for a specific or series of projects, initiatives and receive resources including prayer, people, and finances.
Sponsorship Partners
Sponsorship Partners are those organizations and individuals who receive support on as-needed and as-able basis for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission. Mission partnership applications the next year are due by August 15. For more information about applying for a mission partnership, please contact our office.

We also support organizations like the International Mission Board, the Cooperative Program, the North American Mission Board, and North Carolina Disaster Relief.
LoveServes International is committed to holistic ministry by equipping and training pastors.
Mountain Area Pregnancy Services seeks to be a relevant Christ-centered outreach ministry partnering with the churches of WNC by caring for, counseling and educating women and men regarding, or impacted by, an at-risk pregnancy.
Mission One partners with the Global Church to transform communities to look more like the Kingdom of God and reach unreached people groups through the expression of the local church.
Community Kitchen a Christian, grassroots, non-profit organization that provides meals in Haywood County.
Mission Projects & Trips
At The Orchard Church, we show Jesus by meeting needs and sharing the Gospel. We engage with various entities and creatively respond to opportunities, like Back to School Bashes, supporting Bible clubs, leading worship, and attending local events.
Our mission trips, for all generations, range from local to global. Rooted in trusted partnerships, these trips include leadership training in Southeast Asia, building homes in the Dominican Republic, and sharing the Gospel in places like Philadelphia and Vermont.
